Low Temp Plates explains why the first question matters, since flower rosin carries lipids, waxes and oils that pressing hash leaves behind.
Not every guide uses the words this way. Aunt Mary’s and Floyd’s describe live rosin as pressed from fresh buds and hash rosin as pressed from hash, as if they were alternatives. In practice almost all live rosin sold in vapes starts as ice water hash, so on a cart the two labels usually describe the same thing. If it matters to you, look for both words.
