The sources we checked agree that Sunset Sherbet comes from Girl Scout Cookies crossed with Pink Panties. They don't agree on how to classify it: Glide Magazine calls it a balanced hybrid, other summaries lean it indica, so we list it simply as a hybrid. Leafly spells it Sherbert, which you'll see on menus too, and describes a sweet, dessert-like profile with skunky citrus, berry and candy notes.
